First floor two bedrooms one king size bedroom and one twin bedroom, shower room with W/C and hand basin.

This is a beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean cottage. Its origins are 14th Century and it adjoins the farmhouse where the owner resides.

Northcott Barton Farm Cottage is a great base for super family holidays exploring the Devonian countryside, beaches and Moors.

The farm is a child's paradise with bottle-fed lambs and calves, and egg collecting amongst other activities available. The surrounding country is ideal for thos who like walking, there are nearby facilities for playing golf, riding, Tarka Trail and RHS Rosemoor.
