This cottage offers 1 twin bedroom with ensuite (bath & overhead shower), open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Cot or small bed provided if required for baby or child. Can sleep up to 4 adults and one child if hired with Nook. Owner requires an additional 30% on booking

3 Properties - Niche, Nook and Cranny are delightful stone built cottages situated in the peaceful village of Kilmington approximately 5 miles from Lyme Regis. 1 miles from Axminster for all major shops, 12 miles from the coast at Sidmouth.

Guests can relax and unwind in the 5 acres of gardens, orchards, fields and woodlands which surround the cottages and enjoy the superb views across the Axe Valley.

Niche Cottage is newly converted from a cider barn with the sympathetic transformation retaining all the charm and features of the original building whilst incorporating the necessities of modern life.

Nook and Cranny are charming one bed-roomed cottages again with original features, superbly presented and furnished to high standards of comfort.
