Sunny Patch cottage offers one master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower, toilet and basin, bedroom two has one double bed and a single bed, there is a double sofa bed downstairs. Downstairs bathroom with double spa bath, toilet and basin, lounge with traditional wooden beans and wood burning stove, kitchen/diner. Patio and enclosed garden with BBQ and garden furniture.

Converted 18th Century stables within courtyard adjoining the owners' farmhouse. Stunning views over a wooded valley, nearby port/market town of Bideford and stretching over the estuary of the river Torridge. Enjoy the peaceful, rural location at our 120 acre farm, wandering over fields and woodland areas.

Ideal for family beach holidays and also for those wanting a cosy, relaxing retreat. Centrally located for walking, coastal or inland tracks; many beautiful gardens including R.H.S. Rosemoor, N.T. properties, beaches, theme parks, golf, fishing etc.
