Accommodation Details:
This property offers four large bedrooms - two double and two family.

One family room has a king size ‘zip and link’ bed, which can be split to make two single beds, plus an additional single bed. The other also has a king size ‘zip and link’ bed, which can be split to make two single beds, plus a bunk bed.

There is a bathroom on the second floor with large Edwardian bath, and hand basin. On the first floor there is a shower room, with hand basin and separate toilet, and on the ground floor there is a toilet and hand basin.

Separate living room, dining room and kitchen.

Attractive garden with patio and seating area, barbecue.

Short breaks by arrangement with owner.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own bed linen should they wish. Alternatively, it can be provided at a charge of £7 per bed set (sheet, duvet cover, pillow case(s)

Lee is one of the loveliest small villages in North Devon. A popular holiday destination for more than 200 years, it has remained unspoilt and visitors return to Fuchsia Valley, as it is also known, time and again. With its special combination of sheltered bay, woodlands and open fields it is the perfect base for a country holiday.

The house is located in the heart of the village, but only a few minutes walk from the bay and woods. Close by are village amenities such as the 14th Century Pub and village shop. Only short drives away are the wonderful Blue Flag beaches of Woolacombe, Putsborough and Croyde as well as the many other holiday attractions of North Devon
