This property is open plan, with views over open countryside from all the windows. Entering the property via a dining area leading to the lounge which has a double sofa bed, 1 double galleried bedroom and 1 bath/shower room downstairs, the kitchen is enclosed from the other rooms, there is a south facing enclosed garden patio with furniture.

Unfortunately this property is unsuitable for young children due to it being an open plan bedroom over looking the lounge.

Our two holiday cottages, Taw and Torridge, have been converted from the old shippon.

Taw is the smaller of the two looking onto the fields. It is very open plan, light and airy with a small south facing patio to sit and relax or just enjoy the view.

Torridge has a downstairs bedroom which is suitable for those with walking difficulties or those who use a wheelchair. It has an en-suite shower/wet room and a door out onto the south-facing patio. The lounge also has a ramp from the patio doors to the patio. The second bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.

Good food and arts centre (brochure available) within walking distance. Ideal for exploring the North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor, and ancient borough of Barnstaple Nearby are also excellent leisure facilities including Golf, Quad bikes, Paintball and Swimming and coarse and sea fishing.
