A listed stone cottage at the seaward end of a short terrace, built in 1862, 50 yards from famous Chesil Beach. Ideal base for two couples. Well situated for lovely walks, bird watching, sailing and other water sports in the harbour and just 1 mile from the Sailing Academy.

The cottage has a large walled and gated yard for sunbathing/parking if necessary (usually available close by) /small boat storage Local restaurants pubs and take-aways.
