It is in glorious unspoilt countryside (an area of outstanding natural beauty, 4 miles from the sea) + uniquely has an oak and glass barnroom which will be completed June '08 plus a generous deck and two verandahs to add loads of South facing space for getting together.

The secluded 1 acre garden is newly under developement ,it is wildflower meadow,with a small working garden.

At 'Colmers View' one is surrounded by beauty, nature, wildlife + stunning views.
