and the golf course. There is good local pub within walking distance. Walking, wildlife, peace and quiet too. Excellent base for Hadrian's Wall, the Lake District, Scottish Borders. Carlisle and M6 is 10 miles, Ullswater 25 miles, Gretna 12 miles.
