Arden House is a traditional 4 bedroomed brick and flint cottage, which has been renovated and extended to provide high quality accommodation for 8 people (plus a baby).

Situated Close to Brancaster and Holkham beaches, Sandringham and Burnham Market (a great place to shop and eat). Lots to do with kids of all ages.

There is off street parking for 2 cars is provided at the rear of the property from where you can cross the garden and enter the house at the rear boot room.

This is a well-equipped and comfortable family home with every convenience and comfort thought of.

The enclosed rear garden has a large patio with table and chairs (seating 10) and a barbecue. There is also a spacious lawned area, and a paved terrace.
