Garden Cottage is situated in the hamlet of Swinton Mill in peaceful surroundings. approx 4 miles from Coldstream and mid way between Kelso and Berwick-upon- Tweed also only 7 miles from Duns Our cottage boasts a lovely oak fitted kitchen and a new tiled bathroom and provides the visitor with as many home comforts as possible.

Swinton has the award winning Wheatsheaf Hotel and in Leitholm is the Plough Hotel which serves meals on most evenings.

Swinton Mill is an ideal location for various activities such as golf, fishing, cycling, and walking. The Cheviot hills and beautiful Northumberland coast are less than a half hour's drive away.
