Set in beautiful Mid Wales countryside, Derwen House is a recently restored, gracious C19th Dower House with exposed beams, tasteful furnishings and decorated to a high standard. Situated on the edge of Guilsfield village (where there is a Church, post office, spar mini market and 2 pubs) about 2 miles from the market town of Welshpool (where there are supermarkets, banks, library, eating places etc.)
The house is adjacent to the owners garden centre - Derwen Garden Centre - (a branch of the renowned Dingle Nurseries, apporos. 5 mins drive away.)
Holiday tenants will be granted 10% discount throughout the garden centre - including the licensed cafe. (open 10.00am -5.00pm)
