The Swallow Barn sleeps up to 8. The property comprises 2 double en-suite rooms , 1 twin and 1 double room with shared shower-room. Sufficient space & equipment for banqueting 15, 42” TV and DVD. South-facing terrace with barbecue adjoining secluded water garden.

The stunning location of this Welsh red farmstead sets it apart. It sits alone on terraced bedrock with a spring running through the yard, and smiles South to the famed Black Hill.

The properties share a utility room and a lovely big games room, also enclosed garden with a sunken trampoline. Heating - underfloor, radiators and log stoves - is included, and basics provided: tea-cloths, loo rolls, etc.

1½ hours from Birmingham, Bristol or Cardiff; ideal for meeting up. Short breaks available and flexible changeover days. Walking on the farm and beyond. Plenty to do and see locally. Pets welcome for £25 extra.
