This well equipped cottage has three bedrooms consisting of 1 Double room and 1 Triple room on the first floor, and 1 single bedroom on the ground floor. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove in a stone fireplace, a fitted kitchen and conservatory and all mod cons.

A charming stone cottage with outstanding panoramic views set in a peaceful location 1.5 miles outside Builth Wells in the heart of mid-Wales.

Set in grounds of 5 acres with fenced gardens, lawns and a large parking area.

The river Wye runs alongside Builth Wells and there is golf, fishing, swimming, a cinema, an arts centre and cycle hire nearby. Friendly sheep are kept in adjacent fields.
