Kingfisher is single storey & consists of two bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 double, spacious bathroom; well equipped kitchen with dining area, comfortable sitting room. In addition provision has been made for people with limited mobility.

3 Barn Conversions Kingfisher being detached. All offering comfortable accommodation with their own courtyard area each, located in the small hamlet of Austen Fen. In a pleasant setting for a peaceful break, with views over open countryside to the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Birdlife is abundant, with a resident Barn owl. Coastal nature reserves, sand dunes and wide open spaced beaches within 3 miles, will appeal to walkers & birdwatchers alike. Seal pups can be seen on the beaches in Autumn.

Fishing is available on site in the well stocked lake free of charge also on the Louth Canal. Lincolnshire Cycle Route is on your doorstep.
The livelier resorts of Mablethorpe & Cleethorpes are nearby, with attractions at Lincoln, Grimsby & the Humber Bridge providing day trips.
