Property offers one king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. Master bathroom includes shower over bath. Lounge, dining/kitchen and utility room.

This newly-built town house in Whitby set over three floors is situated on ‘Whitehall Landing’ on the banks of the River Esk facing the new Bridge and is a five minute level walk into the old town. There are block-paved walkways along the banks leading to picnic areas. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard and has its own mooring. (available by arrangement)

Accommodation
Large entrance hallway with ample storage space. Door leads to utility area in the garage. On the first floor is a very well-equipped, spacious light and airy kitchen with dining area and views of the River Esk, and a comfortable lounge. There is also a family bathroom with bath, hand shower set, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor is a master bedroom with twin beds which can be made into a double bed with en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. The property also benefits from two bedrooms with twin beds and wardrobes.
