Built in 1869 the cottage has the original latched internal doors, is comfortably furnished and very well equipped with many homely touches. There is a large 80 foot enclosed garden at the rear of the property.
There is a village pub/restaurant which is about 5 minutes walk away.
The cottage is ideally situated for all local attractions eg North York Moors steam railway, Castle Howard, Eden Camp and the Yorkshire coast and York are only 45 minutes away.
