Linford Stables farmhouse is a BandB is set in 8 acres, 8 miles from Milton Keynes and combines value for money with comfort. Prices are for single occupancy - please add £5 per extra guest. Breakfast is available at extra cost - please add £5 for continental breakfast or £7 for cooked breakfast

We accept card payment (subject to a 5% surcharge) cash or cheque. All rooms have remote control colour TV, FREE WiFi broadband, FREE off-road parking, FREE tea and coffee, hairdryer and iron on request. With 8 comfortable ground floor bedrooms, Linford Stables farmhouse has 4 spacious double bedrooms in the main house, one of which is configurable as a family room with a double and a single bed, its own hallway and private shower room

Guests in the main house can use the kitchen to make tea and coffee or use the microwave. Next to the main house, the converted stable block has 4 further spacious bedrooms with choice of double, twin or double and single beds for up to 3 persons, en-suite power shower room, mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, vaulted ceiling, pine floor and beams, plus direct access via South facing double leaf French doors. Breakfast is served between 7 am and 9 am at our 6 person en famille dining table over-looking the terrace and cooked on an Aga Rayburn in our farmhouse kitchen adjoining the dining area

Our secure, off-road car parking hard-standing can accommodate 10 + parked cars, large vehicles and horseboxes. Guests can relax on the terrace by the fish pond, walk in our country garden and wander down to the paddocks or stables to see our horses. We also provide stabling and BandB for horses and riders competing at nearby Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, competition livery and schooling

We have stabling for up to 7 horses in a secure gated yard, post and rail paddocks approaching 8 acres, a 45x25 metre outdoor floodlit arena and horsebox hard-standing parking.

We are also ideally located for visitors to Silverstone Motor Racing Circuit Addington Manor Equestrian Centre Milton Keynes Eventing Centre Towcester Racecourse Bletchley Park Stowe School and Gardens.If traveling from the Milton Keynes direction take the A421 west towards Buckingham. We are on the right after the B4033 roundabout before the Singleborough turn. From the Buckingham direction take the A421 east towards Milton Keynes.
