A charming former Coaching Inn which has been lovingly run and sympathetically modernised by the same family for many years. All rooms have en-suite are comfortable and well-equipped with all the expected facilities, including free broadband access . There is a variety of styles with a choice of single, twin and double rooms and a Four Poster Room which is popular with honeymooners! The Restaurant serves a mixture of modern and traditional dishes as well as daily and seasonal chefs specialities.

To complement this a selection of wines from the worlds finest wine growing regions is offered. After a pleasant meal you can relax over coffee and liqueurs in the comfort of our residents Lounge. There is also a busy pub, the Frog and Nightgown, which serves snacks at lunch and in the evening.A stylish venue for wedding receptions and private parties for up to a maximum of 100 guests, the Swan Revived Hotel has two rooms licensed for Civil ceremonies.

The Hotel has two conference rooms, both well-equipped and with natural daylight to accommodate 2-80 delegates.The busy town of Milton Keynes is a 10 minute drive away and Luton International Airport is 30 minutes drive on the M1. Free parking is located to the rear.

Death of St Edmund

A Danish force under Ivar defeated and killed Edmund, king of the East Angles, at Hoxne, Suffolk. Edmund was later sanctified as St Edmund. His death is a frequent theme in medieval wall paintings, where he is represented tied to a stake, while Danish archers shoot at him.
