Award winning Hill House Farm is situated in the middle of beautiful Cheshire countryside offering exceptional Bed and Breakfast with spacious accommodation and quality furnishings.

Award winning Hill House Farm is situated in the middle of beautiful Cheshire countryside within a large garden, surrounded by horse paddocks, offering spacious accommodation and a large guest drawing room with a log fire. We have three guest bedrooms, a double, a twin and family room with a double bed and single bed, all rooms are ensuite. All rooms have TV, radio/alarm clocks, wireless internet access, tea/coffee making facilities, electric fans and hairdriers

We also have a self catering suite with kitchen/dining area with a log burner and large double bedroom with four poster bed and ensuite bathroom. Guests in the self catering suite can have breakfast in the main house by prior arrangement. Breakfast using local produce, where possible, and eggs from our own 'Speckledy' hens is freshly cooked on the Aga, and is available between 6

30am and 9am.

Dining Facilities
Breakfast is served in the Dining Room, which has great views to the south and east. It is large enough for privacy, but compact enough to make friends! It is decorated in a traditional formal style, with dark wood furniture. As much as possible is bought locally, most the fruit and vegetables from the award-winning Hollies Farm Shop, and the bacon and sausages come from Burrows & Sons, Family Butchers in the nearby village of Bunbury and the eggs are from our own free range hens.

Directions:
A49 South|Road|5|On A49 from traffic lights with A556, head toward Tarporley Straight over next set of lights through village of Cotebrook, turn Left immediately past the pub on left called The Alvanley Arms towards Eaton. Once in the village take the first left turn (after The Red Lion) and left again into Lower Lane. Go through the village and take the third turn Right (past the speed limit sign) into The Hall Lane. We are 1/2 mile on Right after road called Mill Lane. M6 Southbound Juntion 19|Road|18|Take the A556 towards Northwich/Chester turn Left on A49 at the Major set of traffic lights (Shell Garage on the Right) towards Tarporley. Straight over next set of lights through village of Cotebrook, turn Left immediately past the pub on left called The Alvanley Arms towards Eaton. Once in the village take the first left turn (after The Red Lion) and left again into Lower Lane. Go through the village first left after Primary School into The Hall Lane, we are 1/2 mile on Right. M6 Northbound Junction 16|Road|16|Take the A500 towards Nantwich stay on A500 (A51) When you reach the only set of traffic lights on the A51 (after you have gone around Nantwich) turn Right to Tarporley (still on the A51). At the traffic lights at Tilstone Fearnall (The Red Fox Pub is on the corner & where A49 joins A51) turn Right to Eaton. In Eaton go round the sharp 'S' bend and turn immediately Right at War Memorial, into Lower Lane, take first right after Primary School into The Hall Lane, we are 1/2 mile on right. A49 North|Road|3|At Tilstone Fearnall traffic lights where the A51 joins the A49, The Red Fox pub is on the left, Go Straight Across to Eaton. In Eaton go round the sharp 'S' bend and turn immediately Right at War Memorial, into Lower Lane, take first right after Primary School into The Hall Lane, we are 1/2 mile on right. Oulton Park|Road|1.5|Turn Left as you leave the park through main exit/entrance. Take the first road Left, called Rushton Lane, this takes you round the perimeter of Oulton Park, follow this road to the end T junction (approx 1 mile). At the T junction turn Right. Take the first turning Left into The Hall Lane. Approx. 1/2 mile along you reach three farms. Hill House Farm is the second entrance on the Right.
