Alvaston is a half-timbered lovingly restored Victorian country house 5 minutes from the old Cheshire riverside town of Nantwich, close to the splendid cathedral city of Chester.
All 169 purpose-built rooms are well-appointed with en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities and TV's with options to upgrade to larger Ambassador Plus and Signature rooms.
Dinner can be taken in the Grove Cabaret Diner Restaurant, followed by dancing and the evening's live entertainment.
