Penwarren is a 3 star rated guest house ideally situated in the heart of Falmouth, and within a few minutes walk of many amenities. The building is over 100 years old and maintains much of its original charm and character. The harbour and town centre are only ten minutes away, and sandy beaches are within a stone's throw

Numerous boat trips can be taken from the harbour. Including Trelisick gardens trips up the Helford to Truro city and many more - . There are lots walks and trails close by

we can cater for both cyclists and walkers. Places of historical interest within easy reach are Pendennis Castle & St Mawes Castle & the Maritime Museum. The Princes Pavilion Theatre (part of the Gyllingdune Gardens Complex) is close by for entertainment

To start your day, we recommend our traditional English Breakfast in our "infamous" dining room with the three red lights in the window. These three red lights have become something of a legend in the area and many of our guests tell their friends to look out for them when they recommend us. We cater for most diets including Gluten and dairy free, No pets allowed

Check-In time: 16:00 and Check-Out time: 10:00. Prices for Faimily room is based on two adults and two children under the age of 12. Children over the age of 12 are subject to a suppliment fee

We offer special rates for stays of 7 nights.
