Directions:
From Asda superstore Penryn follow road signs for Falmouth on A39 town centre Maritime museum and beaches. At roundabout (with 2 large canons on it) turn down left (A39). At next roundabout at bottom of the hill (you will be facing the river) turn right. Stay on this road for approx 1mile going up and over the hill past the Fourwinds pub. Shell garage on your right carry straight on through the traffic lights (A39). At mini roundabout go straight across following sign for beaches'. You are now on Western Terrace A39. Signal right once you pass the lights at the pedestrian crossing 50yrds Sixteen is just a further 20yrds on the right hand side. Sixteen has a grey Bed and Breakfast sign you can drive straight in.
