As a former manor house for Lord Trevelyan, this 17th-century property stands at the centre of the picturesque village of Goldsithney just a mile from the sea. It has also been a coaching house a bank and post office in its time but these days is very much the traditional family-run Cornish pub.

The closest beach at Perranuthnoe is just 10-15 minute walk.
Land's End is 20 minutes by car and both south and north coasts are easily accessible. If bird watching is a hobby then the marshes at Marazion and the estuary at Hayle are both about a ten minute drive. Cyclists travelling between Land's End and John O' Groats are very welcome there is safe undercover parking for bikes.
