Boscean is set in over 2 ½ acres of private walled gardens, and features excellent views down to the sea or across the countryside. Whilst we are just 5 minutes walk from the town centre the setting also has a quiet and relaxed feel.
Ideally located for walking, surfing and bird watching, we are just 5 minutes walk from coastal paths.
For those interested in surfing, the Blue Flag Sennen beach is just 5-10 minutes drive, along with Land's End. Cape Cornwall, the UK's most Westerly point, is just 5 minutes walk and features a small fishing cove. Geevnor Mine, a National Heritage site, is just 5 minutes walk. If travelling a little further, The Eden Project is 1 hour's drive, and it is 50 minutes to Newquay Airport. You can also fly to the Isles of Scilly from St Just itself.
