The hotel is set in a landscaped garden with a second, beautiful garden area just across the Esplanade, right by the water's edge. The gardens have featured in the annual Fowey In Bloom awards. In the lower garden traditional Cornish Cream Teas are served on lazy summer days or, alternatively, on the hotel terrace overlooking the gardens and water.

Directions
The ancient town of Fowey is situated on the south coast of Cornwall. Local roads have improved greatly in recent years and access to the rest of England is easily managed by the A30 which provides almost 100% dual carriageway from Bodmin to the M5 at Exeter.
