Great Trethew Manor is set in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by 30 acres of beautiful gardens, woodlands and meadows.
The only access is a delightful half mile drive.
Bordered with many lovely trees and shrubs.
There are many woodland and garden walks which harbour a wide variety of wildlife including, Woodpeckers, Jays, Nut Hatches, Pigeon, Pheasant, Partridge, Snipe, Kingfisher, Heron, Fox, Rabbits.
Badgers and the occasional Deer.
Within the grounds we have a hard tennis court, fish ponds, trout lake, croquet lawn, barbecue area, car parking and plenty of room for the children to play.
We can offer pony riding or trekking on special request within the grounds of the hotel or if you would prefer a longer trek through the woodlands.
Great Trethew Manor has been under its current ownership for the past 28 years. The owners take great pride in their long tradition of providing a friendly, welcoming home-from-home service. Over the years, the hotel has been refurbished with antique furniture and fittings to suit the age of the property.
