Mousehole Travel and Heritage Information
Mousehole Heritage Snapshot
Mousehole is famous for its tiny, picturesque harbour, but it was also the home of the last person to speak Cornish as their native language. Dolly Pentreath. A memorial to Pentreath, who died in 1777, stands in the church at Paul, just inland from Mousehole itself.
