Superbly Positioned over looking Lake Windermere with excellent car park and fantastic lake view rooms, four posters and kingsize beds available-We have it all! During busy season and fri/sat -no single nights! This wonderful Victorian Guesthouse (Formerly the village orchard) is in one of the most envied positions in Bowness - Over looking Lake Windermere! With comfortable en-suite rooms - many with lake views all with colour TV, tea trays hairdriers, ironing boards clock radios, ceiling fans and ample on site car parking we really do have it all!!We operate on a BB basis and provide a full home cooked English breakfast each morning along with choice of cereals seasonal fruits, preserves, toast and beverage of your choice we can also cater for our vegetarian friends. We are a family run establishment and are proud to boast many repeat visits from our guest. We aim to offer a warm and friendly atmosphere and try to provide for your every comfort, let us be your home from home in the Lake District.

We have a variety of rooms that are priced accordingly and we occasionally offer seasonal short break deals -for current offers or to check availability go to our website.
