Inside you will be greeted by a warm friendly smile and in cooler weather, a roaring log fire (of which there are four) which are regularly lit. A guest of the long-standing house of Forest Side has the choice of three large lounges to relax, unwind and enjoy a drink in, with the company of friends new and old Our comfortable bar lounge with views of the surrounding fells is the ideal location to sit and enjoy a selection of home cooked foods from our Bistro menu. Sweep up our grand staircase to find a range of rooms from singles to twins to four posters. Alternatively, a short walk back down the drive brings you to Grasmere Lodge, where our self catering accommodation and some standard hotel rooms are to be found Please note reception closes at 9pm for check in.
