Dolly Waggon is a comfortable friendly family run, non-smoking guest house, situated less than five minutes flat walk from Keswicks town centre. We are holders of a CBEN Silver Environmental Award (Cumbria Business Environment Network) and pride ourselves on serving good food most of which is organic andor locally sourced as well as Fair Trade products.We can help you plan your days out and have plenty of maps and guide books available for use

Our guest rooms, are centrally heated with private shower, toilet and wash basin, tea and coffee making facilities and colour television. The bedrooms to the rear look out over the Skiddaw range of fells and those at the front look out over Walla Crag. Walkers, climbers, bikers and cyclists are welcome and we have storage facilities for cycles as well as drying facilities in the event of wet weather

Packed lunches can be provided for a small charge, a percentage of which is donated to fix the fells. Flasks are filled free of charge. We can cater for coeliac, vegetarian and diabetic diets

Please note that we do not take henstag parties or similar groups.

We are quite easy to find but if you should experience any problems please call us 01768773593By road:Take the 1st slip road off the A66 for Keswick. (15 miles west of M6 junction 40.) Follow the signs for the town centre take the turning on the left immediately after the Conservative Club (Greta Street). Cross over Blencathra Street Turn right onto Helvellyn Street and we are on the right hand side. By rail:Take the train to Penrith Railway Station Take the bus from Penrith Railway Station to Keswick Bus Station We are about 10 minutes walk from the bus station
