Our prices are on a room only basis due to our regular demand. We provide cooking facilities on each of our 3 floors for your own use.Each of our rooms offer en suite shower, colour tv, heating, towels and tea and coffee making facilities

There is a spacious car park at the rear.We are located just minutes away from East Midlands Airport, East Midlands Parkway, M1 and A42.We can also offer a special weekly rate
