A grade ll listed property, believed to be dated back to the 15th century, in the attractive village of Higham. A detailed stone property with beamed ceilings and open fires, large restaurant and 10 letting rooms, all en-suite. Large lounge bar, snug,taproom and poolroom

A warm friendly welcome, homemade food, real ales and large car park. Every Tuesday night is Quiz night and every Thursday is acoustic night. Higham lies midway between Alfreton, approximately 4 miles to the south and Clay Cross to the north

It is 8 miles to the south of Chesterfield and 6 miles to the east of Matlock. On the edge of the eastern side of the Peak District National Park.
