Crimdon Dene is run by resident proprietors Margaret & John Grosse. Now in our tenth year, Recently upgraded to 4 stars & winners of a Gold National Clean Air Award for our non-smoking policy & holders of Welcome Host & Welcome to all awards. We offer a very pleasant homely atmosphere & a great breakfast which brings guests back year after year. We are open all year, & have off street parking for 8 cars, as well as unresticted parking across the road.
Crimdon Dene was built in 1904, it is run by resident proprietors Margaret & John Grosse.Now in our tenth year, Recently upgraded to 4 stars & winners of a Gold National Clean Air Award for our non-smoking policy. A licensed guest house consisting of 3 floors, We are situated in a quite tree lined road, only a short distance from glorious beaches, Abbey Gardens, Torquay Seafront, Marina, Harbour, Shops and Town Centre. we are one of the nearest guest houses to the Riviera Leisure and Conference Centre. And Torquay Railway Station is only a short walk away.We offer a pleasant home from home atmosphere, with our bar/lounge on the ground floor, & our dining room situated on the lower ground, all our bedrooms rooms are light airy & comfortable all with en-suite & pleasantly decorated to a very good standard with a style in keeping with the style & age of the property, some rooms are situated on the ground floor, for those a little less mobile, the remaining rooms are on the upper floor, with full central heating through out the building the winter months,we are constantly upgrading our rooms for your comfort. Our breakfast is something not to be missed, it will last you all day no need for lunch, so all our guests tell us. Please Note: We are a Non-Smoking property. Regrettably, we cannot accept pets. Check-In time: 12:00 midday, latest check-in time 10.00 pm (2200hrs) and Check-Out time: 10:00am. unless a different time has been set by prior arrangement.
