Harrabeer Country House is an award-winning 4* family run guest accommodation in Yelverton. Small, quiet and friendly, we received the AA?s 4 Gold Star - Highly Commended award 2008/9 and we were also a top 20 finalist for the prestigious AA Landlady of the Year 2002 award. We offer B&B accommodation and also two well equipped self-catering suites in the tasteful barn conversion. We also have an attractive restaurant where breakfast is served each morning and we cater for evening meals (24 hours notice required). There is also a gracious sitting room to relax in, an open fire that burns on cooler evenings in the licensed bar and a small, pretty, secluded garden. We are well placed for outdoor activities on and around Dartmoor with a host of interesting places to visit, including many National Trust properties, The Garden House and The Eden Project. The beautiful market town of Tavistock is just 5 miles away and we are only 9 miles from Plymouth for shopping, nightlife and culture. Self-catering guests are welcome to use the restaurant, bar and other in-house facilities. Our ground floor lower suite is suitable for mobility impaired guests. Generally weekly only in high season from Sat-Sat.
