From TotnesTake A381 towards Kingsbridge. At Halwell turn left onA3122 towards Dartmouth After approx 1.5 miles at The Forces Tavern turn right to Blackawton.At T-junction at the top of the Village turn right to go through the Village. Pass The Normandy Arms The George InnChurch and Post Office. Bear rightsignposted to Millcombe. As you go downhill you pass a white cottage on the left called Lilac Cottage. After this turn right into No Through Road signed Laurel Cottage and Washwalk Mill. The first dwelling is Laurel Cottage continue to the very end of this lane to find Washwalk Mill.
