Gallery Guesthouse is an attractive 1880?s Victorian Townhouse offering stylish accommodation in the centre of Plymouth, close to the City Centre and University of Plymouth. With excellent transport links close by, Gallery Guesthouse is the perfect location from which to explore Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall either on business or pleasure.

The Guesthouse is run by friendly and welcoming resident proprietors, both Ex Royal Air Force who fully appreciate the importance of an informative and attentive service and will be on hand to offer advice and assistance to make your visit to Plymouth as enjoyable as possible. We also support local Artists throughout the whole of the house which doubles up as our Gallery space. Ideally situated opposite the University of Plymouth, Gallery Guesthouse is perfectly placed for the excellent transport links of the City Centre, Mutley Plain and North Hill

The railway station is a 5 minute walk or a very short taxi ride. Plymouth City Airport is approximately 10 minutes by car and the Brittany Ferry terminal is a short drive away. The coach station is an approximate 20 minute walk away, although if this is your first visit to Plymouth, you may wish to take a taxi to Gallery Guesthouse

Gallery Guesthouse is a great location from which to explore the centre of Plymouth, with its theatres, museums and the historic, yet cosmopolitan Barbican area close by, where you will find The National Marine Aquarium and some great eating and meeting places. We are within easy walking distance of the main shopping areas as well as a variety of restaurants and pubs offering a wide range of evening meal eating options. The rest of Devon and Cornwall are easily reached, where you can discover the enchantment of coast and countryside, all at once

We have Dartmoor National Park and Coastal Path on our doorstep. Not forgetting of course, some fabulous Golf and Fishing venues. If you are celebrating, flowers, balloons, chocolates, fruits and champagne breakfasts can all be arranged

We have always been proud of our breakfasts being cooked fresh to order. Vegetarian/gluten free/dairy free/dietary slimming breakfasts can be catered for, as can picnic lunches with advance notification. Although we do not serve evening meal, we would be happy to make recommendations as well as reservations at local restaurants and eateries on your behalf.
