The Ashleigh is a three star rated guest accommodation, centrally located, overlooking Queens Park with views of the steam railway, within short level walking distance from the rail & bus stations and town centre.

The Ashleigh offers comfortable accommodation in a central location within Paignton, Devon. Situated two minutes walk through Torbay Park is the Esplanade, beach, pier, cinema and harbour. Preston sands, Goodrington Bay, Victoria Park with gardens and Roundham Gardens are all within an easy stroll

There are many shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and theatre, the cinema is within 200 yards level walk of the Guest House, The railway station, also used by The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway, and bus/coach station are within easy level walking distance. All rooms have colour TV with freeview, a radio/clock alarm, hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities, towels, full range of toiletries and choice of shower or bath ensuite. There is also the use of a mini fridge and iron with ironing board

There are excellent public transport connections throughout Paignton, Torquay and Brixham, as well as South Devon. The guest house has a guests lounge and guests can enjoy the sun room and decked terrace which overlooks Queens Park from where you can watch cricket or rugby (season dependent) and the steam train.
