Tolmen stone, Teign-o-ver
A very short walk from the Teign-o-ver clapper bridge is the Tolmen Stone, a large boulder with a circular hole through it. Legend tells that if you go through the hole backwards (i.e. upside down) you will ensure good health. It sounds easy until you realize that the stone is perched above the rushing river.
