Directions:
From the M5 join the A38 in the direction of Plymouth. Leave at the A384 signposted to Totnes and follow the signs to Dartmouth. On entering the outskirts of Dartmouth keep straight ahead and after the second mini round about take the third right hand turn (Townstal Road - leading to Victoria Road). The turning is opposite a set of blue gates for the Britannia Naval College. Turn right into Townstal Road and follow road into the town. You will find Browns Hotel at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side.
