We are situated in the premium hotel area, close to shops, entertainment, theatres and restaurants, yet away from the bustle, especially in one of Britains premier resorts. So whatever the occasion you can be guaranteed a warm comfortable stay and we will provide you with as much information as possible to help to enjoy your holiday.

We are a non smoking Guest house. A few minutes walk will take you to the beach, the seafront, the promenade, the Abbey Gardens, the English Riviera, the Conference and Leisure Centre and to the swimming pool. COLOUR TV IN ALL ROOMS, TEACOFFEE MAKING FACILITIES, MINI FRIDGES, HAIR DRYERS, ALL PROVIDED, CENTRAL HEATING, FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST, vegetarians catered for.
