A massive programme of renovation and refurbishment over the last few years have resulted in a establishment with an individual boutique feel. The aim is to give our guests a real taste of luxury without the five star price tag The Somerville is an ideal place to stay for couples wanting quiet breaks away with a few touches of luxury as well as a great place for those on business wanting to escape the drab budget chains It is only a five minute walk to the harbour and beaches as well as to the town centre with their restaurants, shops and bars. We are one of the few centrally located establishments with a large private car park. We offer our guests free parking for the duration of their stay which means that guests can leave their cars behind and explore on foot or else use the hotel as a base from which to explore further afield We offer a full hour for breakfast during the week and extend this at the weekend to provide our guests with a relaxing start to each day. For guests on business we are happy to accommodate earlier breakfast requests by prior arrangement. We aim to provide attentive but unobtrusive service and endeavour to be as flexible and responsive as possible We are happy to arrange early or late check ins providing that this is done by prior arrangement. We are committed to the principles of sustainable tourism and aim to help the environment through energy conservation, recycling and purchasing supplies from environmentally aware suppliers.
