Mill End is the perfect base for touring, or simply a place to relax and to enjoy the stunning scenery on our doorstep. One of the great advantages is that you are already on a walk ? the Two Moors Way - which runs from Exmoor in the north all the way down to the South Devon coast. From this ancient artery, you can explore fabulous routes in all directions, stepping back in time to a land of legend and mystery. Some 600 yards of private salmon & trout fishing, eight miles of game fishing and still water fishing on local lakes await your pleasure. Or how about a trip to the National Trust owned, Lutyens-designed Castle Drogo and gardens nearby. The natural beauty of Dartmoor and the West Country is waiting to be explored on foot or by car. You may prefer a spot of golf, pony trekking, hunting, shooting, hot air ballooning or a lovely walk along the river to the small moorland town of Chagford.
