IF TRAVELLING ON THE A38 EXPRESSWAY FROM EXETER PLEASE IGNORE THE FIRST SIGN TO PLYMPTON. CONTINUE ON THE A38 TO THE NEXT EXIT WHICH IS THE MARSH MILLS ROUND ABOUT. AT MARSH MILLS TAKE THE PLYMPTON TURNOFF (3RD EXIT) AT THE PETROL STATION TURN LEFT INTO LARKHAM LANE, AT THE END OF THE ROAD TURN RIGHT. AT THE MINI ROUNDABOUT, TURN LEFT INTO CROSSWAY, THEN AT THE END OF THIS ROAD TURN LEFT. THE HOTEL IS SITUATED ONE MILE ON THE RIGHT.
