Florian Guest House is just 15 mins walk from Weymouth beach and town, offering clean and comfortable rooms which are all en-suite or with private facilities. There is free off road car parking and a sunny garden. We serve early breakfasts for business travellers or ferry passengers

We welcome families with children of all ages and also welcome walkers and cyclists with storage facilites for bicycles. Contractors welcome.

A warm welcome awaits you at The Florian Guest House from proprietors Sue and Dave Pitman. Rated 4 star Guest Accommodation by Visit Britain, Florian is non-smoking and is situated just 10-15 minutes walk from Weymouth town centre and beach. Florian is a traditional Victorian house, built around 1885, with 4 floors

There is car parking at the front and a south facing garden at the rear. This is ideal if visiting with young children, as they can play in the secure garden. Patio doors lead from the dining room to the garden where Guests are welcome to sit and have coffee or chat, or relax on the loungers for a little extra sunbathing

We are non-smoking but guests may smoke in the garden. We are well placed for business travelers as we can be reached, without going through the town centre. There is free wireless internet access in all rooms

We are close to the Rodwell Trail which is great for walkers going to Portland or to Abbotsbury and we can offer luggage transfer to your next stop. Early breakfasts are available for guests traveling on the Cross Channel Ferry, or going on fishing/diving trips. There is storage for bikes, windsurfing boards, diving equipment etc

There is an outside tap is available for the rinsing of sports equipment plus drying facilities for wet clothes. With our own Charter Fishing Boat ?Atlanta? we can arrange a fishing trip during your stay or even fishing holidays, either for individuals or clubs. Check In is from 13:00 & Check Out is by 10:00

The sunny dining room is on the lower ground floor. Breakfast is served at seperate tables with a menu from which guest may choose a full English or Coninental breakfast. For guests with special dietary needs, i.e. vegan, milk or gluten intolerant, please let us know before your arrival. A patio door leads from the dining room into the garden, where on a warm sunny morning guests may like to finish their tea or coffee on the patio.

Directions:
Dorchester|Road|6|From the roundabout outside Dorchester take the turning to Weymouth. Follow the A354 into Weymouth, taking care on the steep downhill section with hairpin bend at bottom. At the Manor roundabout, take the 2nd exit,(right). At Caffeys roundabout, take 2nd exit into Goldcroft Road. (Mind the speed bumps) At 2nd junction with lights, turn right. (You should see the Rock Public House opposite). St Pauls church will be on your right and Florian is 50 metres on left. Wareham|Road|15|Follow the A353 to Weymouth. At Chalbury Corner roundabout, take 1st exit. Follow the road to Weymouth sea front. On the Esplanade there is a Jubilee Clock Tower by a roundabout, take 2nd exit. Past Train station to roundabout, take 2nd exit. Over bridge to roundabout, take 2nd exit. At junction with lights (Rock Public House on corner) straight over. St Pauls on right and Florian is 50 metres on left.
