The Topaz has undergone a full refurbishment in time for Spring 2008, bedrooms are modern, clean, bright and decorated to a high standard throughout all with LCD televisions, hairdryers, teacoffee making facilities and Free wireless Internet.

We offer a high standard of bed and breakfast accommodation with delicious continental, full English and other breakfast options included in the price.

We cater for Couples, Families and Conference Delegates we are Not Suitable for Stag or Hen Parties or a similar type of booking.

Groups of 5 or more persons only taken by prior arrangement, please contact us for details.

FREE private parking All Rooms NON Smoking, Restaurants and nightlife within a short walk, We have a selection well appointed Double Twin and Family Ensuite Rooms and some Single Rooms on request.

Directions
By Road : Take the A338 (Wessex Way) from RINGWOOD to BOURNEMOUTH Continue forward onto A338. Entering Bournemouth go over the flyover At The Asda Roundabout take 2nd exit (Straight Across) signposted B.I.C Bournemouth West and Poole at the next Roundabout take the 1st exit (Left) At St Michael's Roundabout take 2nd exit onto Durley Chine Road -B3066 At Durley Roundabout take 1st exit (left) onto West Cliff Road -B3066 Take the 2nd turning on the left into St Michael's Road. We are a few yards down on the right opposite the Devon Towers . The Car Park is behind the Topaz please park on the left hand side only. Please Note: Car park entrance is NARROW *The Car Park is not suitable for commercial vehicles and some larger 4X4 and people carriers, there is free parking on the street and car parks nearby.

Cancellation Deadline
If you or anyone with you wishes to cancel or alter your/their booking you must give notice in writing. Your booking will only be cancelled or altered on the date we receive your written notice.
