Fallen Angel Restaurant with Rooms, Durham

Accommodation Description:
The Fallen Angel offers 10 completely indulgent, individually themed rooms in the heart of Durham City in a Georgian Grade II listed Town House and secluded Garden Apartments. There are views of the World Heritage site Cathedral and Castle to the front and the Universitys cricket pitch and the beautiful River Wear to the rear. All rooms have full air conditioning

We have a nautical themed cafe bistro which is also open to non-residents. From the moment you enter the reception lounge you will feel you have been transported to another time and place - a kind of parallel universe where nothing is quite as it usually is. This Jules Verne inspired area is the beginning of your adventure

Hot tubs, saunas and steam showers might beguile you, or our gold Rolls Royce, popcorn machine and huge cinemas screen might be more to your liking. Cruellas velvet sleigh bed, a huge oak four poster or the Russian Brides white painted carved bed might lull you to sleep, or Le Jardins turf carpet might just intrigue you. There is a surprise for everyone in one room or another the choice is yours
