Seaspray is a four star, Silver Award, family run guest house set 20 metres from the beach. Situated on Hastings promenade, it boasts panoramic views of the seafront and English Channel. The Victorian building has recently been refurbished, keeping its original elegance whilst adding modern features such as wireless internet and Freeview TV

Ideally located across the road from the beach, we are 50 metres from the pier and White Rock Theatre, and 5 minutes walk from the town centre. The train station is just a mile away, along with the country park. Battle is a little further at 4 miles and Rye and Camber Sands 12

We are also set halfway between Dover and Brighton, both at 40 miles. There are numerous stately homes and castles within a 30 mile radius. The area is ideal for cycling and walking with numerous walking and cycling routes including South Downs Way all nearby

Bike storage is also available. Free wireless internet, Freeview TV and parking permits. 20? flat screen TVs in all rooms, all prices include breakfast

Seaspray has a bright, spacious dining room with laminated wooden floors. The walls are covered with original old photos of Hastings. We have central heating, ceiling fans and wall lights, for a warm/cool and rosy glow. 10 individual tables with crisp white table cloths to seat 2 are set as required. There is a full and varied menu, catering for all diets including full English breakfast (vegetarian options), croissants, boiled eggs, kippers, omelettes, fresh fruit, bacon sandwiches and more!

Gatwick Airport|Air|40|From Gatwick Airport, take the train to Hastings, or if you are driving, take the A21. Dover|Boat|40|Follow the A259 West to Hastings. On route, you will pass though Folkstone and Rye. This road will lead you onto the seafront at Hastings. Continue on until you see the Pier. We are located 100 metres past the pier on the promenade. Warrior Square|Coach|1|Get off the coach at Warrior Square. On the sea front, turn left towards the pier, and you will see Seaspray Guest House 600 metres level walk along the promenade. M25|Road|40|From the M25, take Junction 5 southbound onto the A21 and follow the signs to Hastings. At the end of the A21 outskirts of Hastings, follow the signs for the sea front. When the sea is in front of you, turn left along the promenade. We are located 100 metress before Hastings Pier on the promenade. Hastings Train Station|Train|1|Walk down though town until you reach the sea. Turn right along the promanade until you see the pier. We are 100 meter past the pier.
