Each of the six en-suite bedrooms are individually furnished to provide a atmosphere which is both relaxing, and yet comfortable, giving each room an individual theme that balances out the true potential of this well located, beautiful and vibrant guest house

We serve a full varied range of English, vegetarian or vegan breakfast in our lovely open plan dining room, together with fruit juice, cereals, unlimited tea and coffee and toast with a selection of jams & marmalades. Just the right thing have, before you hit the local brighton beach and enjoy a lovely dip. Local Attractions/ Activities: You will find that there is a host of things you can do in the area located around Number 14, this varies from a wide range of outdoor to indoor, just ask, and we will point you in the right direction
