Conveniently placed for Eastbourne's many holiday attractions, theatres and town centre shopping. Our location also gives you the opportunity to visit the beautiful Sussex countryside. Known as the 'Suntrap of the South', Eastbourne is an elegant resort situated in an enviable position on the Sussex coast, sheltered by the steep cliffs of "Beachy Head" and the South Downs

The seafront is literally a stones throw away from the Ivydene where you can enjoy leisurely walks along the promenade taking in the elegant Victorian pier and bandstand. A short walk from the Ivydene takes you to the landscaped pedestrianised town centre with its array of high street stores and independent shopping outlets. The hotel is tastefully decorated and furnished and has full central heating throughout

A stair lift is available to both floors for the benefit of guests. Parking is available on either side of the road - there are no restrictions. Freshly prepared traditional English food using local produce is served in the spacious ground floor dining room

There is a Lounge Bar with a residential license and a comfortable area for your relaxation. PLEASE NOTE:Check In is from 14:00 & Check Out is 10:00 by We are a no smoking accommodation. Regrettably we cannot accept pets
