Made famous by Hanoverian royalty in the 1780s Eastbourne is a favourite holiday destination enjoying a particularly mild and sunny climate. There are lovely clean beaches and just adjacent is Beachy Head and miles of glorious downland scenery

You will be spoilt for choice with a fine selection of shops, cafes, bars, theatres and gardens, together with exciting events throughout the year. All our rooms are non-smoking with either ensuite or private bath or shower. We welcome children and pets but a small charge might occur

With views to the promenarde, an excellent way to start the day is in our traditional dining room with lounge area. Have a early breakfast at 7.30 or more relaxed at 10.30, all freshly cooked. Some say we serve the best breakfast in Eastbourne. If you would like an even earlier breakfast this can be arranged with prior notice.
